Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients achieve their goals through our services.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
Onboarding & Client Education
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process
- Provide training and resources to maximize product value
- Create educational materials and best practice guides
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track client usage and engagement metrics
- Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with significant budgets.
- Experience working with e-commerce clients; experience with jewellery or luxury brands is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and reporting software.
